Senior Java Backend & FinTech Engineer · Amman, Jordan
I’m Ahmad Kisswani, a Java Developer and Software Engineer in Amman, Jordan, building secure, reliable backend systems for FinTech, payments, remittance, and enterprise operations.
With 5+ years of experience, I design and deliver production-ready applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST and SOAP APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and relational databases. I turn complex financial requirements into maintainable services with clear boundaries, dependable integrations, and predictable behavior.
My work is strongest where security and reliability are non-negotiable: high-security financial applications, mutual TLS, encryption, certificates, webhook verification, idempotency, transaction integrity, data consistency, and robust error handling. I build with clean architecture, testing, observability, performance, and backward compatibility in mind.
I also engineer Distributed Systems with Kafka, Redis, Docker, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and monitoring tools—balancing scalability with practical operational simplicity. Based in Jordan’s Amman software development community, I’m open to senior Java backend opportunities with ambitious teams across the Gulf, USA, Europe, and remote-first organizations worldwide.
